Terms & disclaimer

Information is provided as-is

Triangle Builder Scorecard compiles information from public sources such as builder websites, published ratings, county and town records, school district sites, news reports and public forums. We try to keep it accurate and current, but it may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Prices, incentives, HOA dues, tax rates, school assignments and available homes change often. Everything on this site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Not professional advice

The operators of Triangle Builder Scorecard are not a bank, lender, mortgage broker, financial advisor, real estate agent or broker, attorney, or tax advisor. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax or real estate advice, and nothing here is an offer or commitment to lend. Calculator results are estimates for general information only.

Verify before you decide

Confirm every detail that matters to you directly with the builder, your lender, the HOA, the county and town, the school district and other official sources, and get important terms in writing. Consider speaking with a licensed professional before making a purchase or financing decision.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Triangle Builder Scorecard are not liable for any decisions made, or any losses or damages (direct, indirect, incidental or consequential) arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its information.

No affiliation or endorsement

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any builder, lender or rating platform listed. No builder pays for placement or ratings.
