Using the Scorecard with your clients
Triangle Builder Scorecard is a free, independent reference on new-construction builders around Raleigh-Durham. You can send clients links and printouts from it. Nothing requires an account, and no builder pays to be listed or to change its ratings.
1. Send a comps link
On Comps & amenities, pick an area, radius and any filters, then press Copy link (or Share on a phone). The link opens the same search for your client: nearby new-construction communities with from-prices, HOA and quick move-in counts, next to recent recorded sales from county public records.

Links use the pattern /comps/?area=<town>&radius=<miles>. Radius options are 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 25 miles.
2. Print or save a PDF
Press Print / Save PDF on the comps page. The printout drops the menus and buttons and shows the area, radius, date generated, summary stats, the communities and amenities table and the sold comps table, with a disclaimer line on every print. Printouts carry no agent branding.
3. Review incentives together
The incentives page lists current builder offers (rate buydowns, closing-cost help, design credits) with the conditions and the source for each. Offers change often, so ask the builder for the current offer sheet in writing.
4. Compare builders side by side
Use Compare to put 2 to 4 builders next to each other: prices, communities, warranty terms, public survey scores, awards and incentives, all with sources.
5. Estimate the monthly cost
The cost calculator estimates a monthly payment with property tax by county and town, HOA dues and insurance, and can be prefilled from a builder and community. Have clients confirm figures with their lender's Loan Estimate.
