Our rating
Company-wide, all markets source
How this rating is computed: we show the best-sourced published homeowner-survey score, picked in a fixed order (Avid Ratings, then NewHomeSource TrustBuilder, then GuildQuality), with Raleigh-area scores preferred over company-wide ones. We do not average, adjust or weight scores, and the same rule applies to every builder. Money never affects it. Full methodology
